Class Descriptions & Rates

Bodyrox 55 min. A muscle-conditioning class challenging the upper & lower body by using hand weights, body bars, bands, medicine balls and stability balls as props.
Body Shop 55 min. This class will strengthen your muscles while keeping your heart rate elevated in this high energy, strength endurance class that will incorporate a variety of cardio and strength drills utilizing weights, tubes, balls, bands, body bars, risers, kettlebells, TRX and more! Enjoy being challenged in a variety of ways!
Couples Nite Out 55 min. If you share a passion for fitness with another--or wish they shared your passion--this is the opportunity to sweat and have fun together in a mixed-class format. Each session will pull from a variety of athletic drills and exercises employing a number of props to challenge cardio endurance and muscular endurance and strength.
Corerox 45 min. Can't get enough of abs and back work? This class is devoted purely to targeting and strengthening the midsection.
Drums Alive 55 min. Unique and different from every other workout you've tried before, Drums Alive captures the essence of movement and rhythm and combines it with fun while delivering real fitness results. Drums Alive choreography is designed to burn fat, improve physical and mental fitness and above all, be fun!
Hardbody 55 min. Step up for a hard body. High-riser step training for leg shaping and butt-lifting cardio moves meet focused resistance training to create sleek and strong muscles and total body fitness.
Kettlebell 45 min. Taking the benefits of the Kettlebell foundational exercises and building beyond the basics. You will be offered modifications and intensifications to challenge your workout at your individual pace. To participate in this fast-moving class, it is recommended that you feel comfortable with the basics.
Outdoor Boot Camp 60 min. Starting at BODY ROX, a fast-paced walking circuit around Prior Lake's Lake Front Park with alternating cardio and resistance/strength stations. This is truly an invigorating outdoor workout capitalizing on our beautiful surroundings and the mild seasonal weather.
Pilates 55 min. Appropriate for beginner (with knowledge of fundamentals) and regular students, mat class encourages students to work deeply and will improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and form.
Piyo 55 min. A perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates that brings together challenging Yoga poses and exercises from the Pilates mat series in one fluid, invigorating workout. An Intermediate-level workout.
TRX Suspension Training 55 min. This class will combine resistance, endurance, cardio and flexibility moves into one challenging class for all levels of fitness. Challenge the stabilizer muscles while developing the strong lean body of a gymnast or rock-climber.
Yoga 55 min. Students will work on balance, stretching and strengthening postures, relaxation and meditation in a flowing, Vinyasa-style format.
Yoga-TRX 55 min. Deepen your yoga practice with the use of the TRX straps to challenge flexibility and strength poses while enhancing balance poses.
